Remove the film. Cover the breast with foil and place in a preheated oven at 180c. Cook for 60-70 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. Ensure that the juices run clear. If the turkey comes in a cooking bag place it into the oven in the bag in a tray and cook for 90 minutes at 150oC.
