Cooking instructions

Remove the film. Cover with foil and place the turkey breast in a preheated over at 180c. Cook for 50-60 minutes per kilo plus 20 minutes extra. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. Ensure that the juices run clear.
