Delivery Policy

Here at Gleeson Butchers we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

In order to maintain this level of customer service, we deliver to predetermined locations at predetermined times.  We will agree this in advance with your group.  Every effort will be made to suit your requirements.

How far in advance of delivery should I place my order?

We must receive any order to be included in a delivery before midnight on the night before delivery.  So for example if we deliver to your group at 5pm on a Thursday you must have placed your order by midnight on the Wednesday.

How will my order by delivered to me?

All orders for your group will be delivered to a predetermined location by refrigerated van.

Your order will be packaged separately within that delivery and labelled for your attention.

It is the responsibility of the person making the order to pick up this package at the predetermined location, time and day.

Once the package is delivered it is no longer the responsibility of Gleeson Butchers.  You will own the products dispatched to you from the time that they are delivered to your chosen location.  Until then they will remain the property of Gleeson Butchers.

What price will I be charged?

The price you will be charged for a product is the price at which it was advertised online on the day you put your order through.  As our products are fresh the pricing changes regularly and we may be forced to change the prices we charge for our products.

What happens if the product I ordered suddenly becomes unavailable?

You will receive a call from our delivery team to offer you an alternative.  You will have the option to cancel your order.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is no delivery charge but there is a minimum order value.  Each member must order at least €20 and the group must have at least 5 members.

How will I know when my order has been received?

You will receive an email from Gleeson Butchers confirming that your order has been received.

How will I know when my order has been completed?

Once the order is prepared in Gleeson Butchers you will receive an email confirming this.

How will I know when my order has been delivered?

Collecting your order at the agreed location, time and day is your responsibility.
