Cooking instructions

Remove all of the packaging and place the roast in a baking tray. Season with oil (optional), salt & pepper and cover with foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 170oC for 60-70 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Serve with Gleeson’s stuffing, gravy and apple sauce.
