Remove the film. Remove stuffing from plastic bag if there is one and place underneath the turkey. Cover with foil and place it in a preheated over at 180c. Cook for 50-60 minutes per kilo plus 20 minutes extra. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. Ensure juices run clear.
