Remove the film. Cover with foil and place the turkey in a preheated over at 180c. Cook for approx 2 hours or until the juices run clear. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. If the turkey comes in a cooking bag, roast it in the bag in the foil tray for 2 hours at 150oC.
