This boneless ham is cured instore at Gleesons and is now our most popular ham every Christmas. We have won 2 Craft Butchers of Ireland Awards with this family favourite! As it’s mild cured with a low salt content this ham does not need to be boiled, you simply roast it and carve when cooked with no waste at all.
Remove the outer film and place the ham into a cooking tray and cover with foil. Roast for 1.5 hours at 170 C, simply carve & enjoy!
