Pork steak can be sliced for grilling, frying or for making kebabs, it also works very well in stir frys. To roast, cut the pork steak to flatten it, place stuffing down the centre and tie up enclosing the stuffing (or ask our butcher to do this for you!). Place the stuffed pork fillet on a baking tray and cover with foil. Preheat oven to 180°C, cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Remove foil for last 5 minutes of cooking to brown meat. Delicious with apple sauce!
