Lamb Shanks are best slow cooked. Remove film & rub shanks with a little olive oil or butter and add fresh herbs if desired. Cover shanks with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 2-2.5 hours. Meat should be tender, juicy & falling off the bone.
