Place the curry in a pot, pan or wok and cook gently over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add a half tin of coconut milk per tray of curry for a more luxurious, creamy sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice.
