Our Turkey Crown Hamper is a delicious family favourite for celebrating Easter. It’s enough for 10-12 people with plenty for leftovers! The turkey is a lean boneless crown which is easy to carve with no waste. The ham is a large Gleesons award winning low-salt home cured ham
To ensure that you get the freshest quality meat possible, full turkey on the bone will be available for collection only on the 23rd and 24th of December. All other Christmas hampers and products can be collected instore from the 21st of December.
Remove all packaging and place the turkey crown in a suitable roasting dish or foil tray. Season the meat generously and rub with a little olive oil (optional). Cover with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 180c. Roast for 1.5-2 hours. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin. As all ovens vary please ensure that the turkey is cooked by checking that the juices run clear.
Remove all packaging and place the ham into a roasting dish and cover with foil. Roast for 1.5-2 hours at 180C or until the ham is cooked through…simply carve & enjoy!
