Smoked Hams


Smoked ham has a delicious flavour that is becoming increasingly popular at Christmas with our customers. We have a choice of traditional ham on the bone or Gleeson’s own home cured ham fillet. A different option for your guests this Christmas and great for the sandwiches on St Stephens Day!

Cooking instructions

Smoked home cured ham – Remove the outer film and place the ham (in cooking bag) into the oven.  Roast for 2 hours at 140 C maximum. Take care when opening the cooking bag as the juices will be very hot. Simply carve & enjoy!
