Loin of Pork


Try our tasty loin of pork roast with Gleesons homemade stuffing. This is a lean and tender cut that’s easy to carve with no waste. Hand prepared by our butchers with our fresh homemade stuffing, simply roast and serve!

Cooking instructions

Remove all packaging. Place the pork roast on a baking tray and cover with foil. Roast in a preheated oven at 180oC for approx 90 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the cover for the last 20 minutes of cooking time to brown the meat. Delicious served with gravy and apple sauce.
