Boned & Rolled Turkey


To make sure that you get the freshest quality meat possible, full turkeys on the bone will be available for collection only on the 23rd and 24th of December. All other Christmas turkeys can be collected instore from the 21st of December.

Our Boned & Rolled Turkey is a great choice for Christmas dinner, it comes in three sizes, depending on how many people you’ll be cooking for. Remember you’ll want plenty for leftovers! The turkey is lean boneless breast meat so it’s easy to carve with no waste.

Cooking instructions

Remove all packaging and place the turkey in a suitable roasting dish or foil tray. Season the meat generously and rub with a little olive oil (optional). Cover with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 180c.  Roast for 2.5-3.5 hours depending on the size. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time to brown the skin.  As all ovens vary please ensure that your turkey is cooked by checking that the juices run clear at the thickest point.
