Great for BBQ!
Our BBQ meats can be cooked on the BBQ, in the oven or a combination of both. Get your BBQ ready and ideally have a hot part for cooking and a cooler section where you can keep food warm if you wish.
The ribs some in a cooking bag suitable for the oven. Preheat oven to 150oC, place the bag on a tray and bake for 1 hour. You can then remove the ribs from the bag and finish cooking on the bbq if you wish (optional).
Remove the ribs from the cooking bag and cover in foil. Cook on the BBQ on a medium heat for 45 minutes. Remove the ribs from the foil and finish for 5-10 minutes, depending on your preferred char.
Spread the chicken pieces on the BBQ at a medium heat and cook for 30-35 minutes turning regularly, ensure they are cooked through before serving. For a crispier finish move to a higher heat for the last 5 minutes.
Oven: To cook in the oven spread the chicken on a baking tray and cook at 180oC for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Preheat the over to 180C. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, they should be piping hot and golden before serving.
Best cooked on the BBQ or on a frying pan. Heat your BBQ or pan to a high temperature. When the burgers hit the heat, they should sizzle and brown very quickly. Cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until the burgers are cooked through.
Remove the film, place a slice of cheese on top of each burger for the last minute of cooking and allow the cheese to melt onto the burger.
The corn on the cob is already cooked so just needs to be warmed up. You can heat them on the BBQ for a few minutes turning regularly, in the microwave for 2 minutes, or in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Add a knob of butter to melt when it’s cooked to make it really tasty.
Lightly toast the buns in a toaster, under the grill or on the BBQ (be careful not to burn them!). Add a dollop of burger sauce to your bun and pop the burger on top.
Serve up everything and enjoy!!
